How to Send Money to an Inmate in Adams County Detention Facility?

Adams County Visitation Rules and Schedules
As of March 2026, inmates in the Adams County Detention Facility can only receive remote video visits through the authorized visitation system (Homewav). Family and friends must first set up accounts online, locate the facility/inmate, and fund the account to schedule visits according to the following visiting hours.
Sundays to Saturdays:

Inmates may order items like clothing, writing materials, art supplies, food, and hygiene products from the kiosk in the housing units.
